At Coffee Shoppe, we believe exceptional coffee begins with exceptional freshness. That's why we never roast coffee in large batches to sit on warehouse shelves.

Instead, our trusted roasting partners roast in frequent small batches based on customer demand. Your coffee is prepared with care to ensure it arrives at its peak flavor and aroma.

Roasting & Processing Time

Every order is freshly roasted after it is received. This means your coffee is not pre-packaged or sitting in inventory waiting to be shipped.

Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be roasted, packed, and prepared for shipment.

While many orders are roasted and shipped sooner, processing times may vary depending on order volume and roasting schedules.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage or another comparable shipping service.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package from our roastery to your doorstep.

Total Delivery Time

From the time you place your order, you can generally expect delivery within 2–10 business days, depending on roasting schedules and your shipping destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship freshly roasted coffee to customers around the world.

International shipping times, carrier availability, customs processing, duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Coffee Shoppe is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photos (if applicable). We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
